  I had my first appointment here today.
  I found it to be very disappointing.
  I struggle with my mental health and was explaining (in tears) why to Dr Kim Le and was met with what you can call toxic positivity...
  The comments made ended up making me feel so frustrated and very invalidated.
  Comments such as be grateful that you have your (physical) health, you aren't disabled (physically), haven't suffered a stroke, etc are NOT helpful.
  Mental health is not something you can just snap out of. I was never going to walk out of the clinic and think to myself, "Oh true, I haven't suffered a stroke, so I should feel happy now and bam, my depression is cured."
  A doctor should know better and how to handle these situations they got a degree in.
  I will not be seeing this doctor again.
  I'll possibly try another doctor here.

  Not a patient of this clinic but I was very grateful that they were able to give me an appointment at such short notice. Very friendly and professional reception staff and doctor. I knew what my health issue was and received appropriate treatment. I was a little surprised that no enquires were made in terms of any medications I currently take, however perhaps this wasn’t an issue with the meds prescribed to me by the clinic. I would definitely go again if needed. They also bill bill which was a bonus.

  It was a good clinic years ago. I had a phone appointment today with a bad mannered Dr Malapurathattil. It's not the first time I have had to deal with him. I have been off work because I have covid and I had it really bad. I still have symptoms and I'm not feeling good, I asked for a medical certificate, he said because I have been isolating for 5 days I will be fine to go back, despite how I feel. And because he is back at work (now) after having covid himself and in his words (he still has a snotty nose and a cough) it's ok because he is wearing a mask. I certainly wouldn't want to visit him in person if he still has symptoms. He did tell me to go and see him if I am so sick (very rude man and not professional at al)
  I ended up hanging up on him. He didn't care about what I had to say or how I was feeling. It was what he thought I should do and that was it. I work at a school, I dont think parents would appreciate me spreading my germs around. I will not be returning to this clinic ever again.

  Always happy with all staff who have been very kind and helpful over the years. In the past doctor saved my life. We are blessed to have this team in Yarra Junction.

  Hands down the worst experience ever. I use this clinic in a pinch when I can't get in to see my normal doctor. Yesterday was one of those times. I have a medically complex son who is 10. 10 years of medical history which is way too hard and long to go through with every doc that you see so I summarise the bits that are important/relevant to the visit at that point in time. We have never seen the same doctor at this centre. On my visit I told the doctor that my son has two conditions which were linked to why we were seeing him. He proceeded to look in my son's throat and told me all is normal he can't see any problems and therefore does not need the medicine I went in asking for. This "doctor" had not even heard of the first condition. Fair enough as lots haven't but perhaps ask questions or even do a quick internet search so you know what you are dealing with. Not this "doctor", he must know everything including knowing my son better than I do as he declared my son is fine and doesn't need any medical care. I walked out totally and utterly disgusted. Now I know why this doctor had available appointment times all day, that is the tell tale sign of a truly terrible "doctor". I am glad this is a bulk billing centre as I would have refused to pay.
  
  The blurb about this doctor on the website says "He brings his knowledge and experience" along with "What he enjoys most is looking after his patients." I certainly didn't witness or experience either of those two things.
  
  For the purpose of this review I was asking for an inhaler that is typically used for asthma patients.The inhaler is used in the treatment of EoE which is a condtion that attacks the oesophagus (which is NOT visible to the naked eye. It Is diagnosed via a gastroscopy). If the doctor had of used his pc to search up what EoE is and the treatment for it, the first thing he would have read is that swallowed steroids from an inhaler help to control inflammation.
